Amie is a familiar point of contact for clients throughout their cases. Working with Tom, she coordinates medical record and billing requests, communicates with insurers and adjusters, and follows up with healthcare providers.

Amie helps clients with the paperwork and communications surrounding their treatment. Her work includes addressing medical bills, liens and reimbursement claims involving health insurers, government programs and third-party agencies. Under Tom’s supervision, she also works to negotiate bill and lien reductions.

From gathering records to explaining the next steps in the process, Amie helps keep clients informed and the details of their cases moving forward.
