A practice built around communication.
Tom founded Fernandez Law in Summerville in 2017. His practice focuses exclusively on personal injury, representing people throughout South Carolina in vehicle accident cases and other injury claims.
Tom believes communication is central to representation. He stays in touch with clients throughout their cases, even when there is no new development to report, and takes time to explain the process and answer questions.
Alongside his service in the South Carolina Senate, Tom continues to practice personal injury law at Fernandez Law.
Life outside the office
Tom lives in Summerville, South Carolina, with his wife, Darlene. Their family includes six daughters and five Chihuahuas.
In his free time, Tom enjoys gardening, beekeeping and prepping. He is also an avid firearms enthusiast.
